A clear, fair process from posting to payment.

Create a free account
Registering and building your profile costs nothing.

Describe your task
Category, details, photos, postcode and timing. Save it as a draft for free and preview before publishing.

Publish for a small fee
£3 for your first task, £5 for each one after. One-off, not a subscription.

Receive and compare offers
Eligible Taskers near you send a price, availability and a note. Compare ratings, reviews, ID verification and experience.

Chat and negotiate
Message each Tasker privately. Counter their price; they can agree or revise. You accept once you're both happy.

Pay the agreed price
Pay securely by card through Stripe. You have 48 hours after accepting to complete payment; the booking is confirmed once payment clears.
- 07
Job done — confirm it
When your Tasker marks the job complete, confirm it or report a problem. If you don't respond within 7 days, it's confirmed automatically.

Tasker gets paid
Funds are released to the Tasker 14 days after confirmation, provided no dispute is open.
Where does my money go?
Your job payment is taken by our payment provider, Stripe, and held in the platform's Stripe balance until the release conditions above are met. We don't describe this as escrow — it's a scheduled release with refunds available under our cancellation policy.
Something went wrong?
Report a problem from the job page any time before the Tasker is paid. The payout is frozen while our team reviews it.
Your address stays private
Taskers only see your postcode district (e.g. “E16”) until you've booked and paid. Then your chosen Tasker sees the full address.
